We offer a 30 day returns window for all purchases. 

Just make sure your return is posted within 30 days of receipt. 

At Christmas, we extend our returns window so that orders placed from the 1st November to 24th December for gifts can be returned for an exchange or refund before the 31st of January.

Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded once they have been sent.

EU CONSUMER RIGHTS DIRECTIVE

The EU Consumer Rights Directive gives you the right to cancel an order and withdraw from the contract up to 14 days after delivery for a full refund.

Orders not yet dispatched will be cancelled immediately. Orders that have been fulfilled will need to be returned (instructions on making a return can be found here), and will be refunded within 14 days of receipt.
