This is either to a UK address via Royal Mail Tracked, or to an InPost Locker of your choosing.

EXPRESS UK DELIVERY (in 1-2 working days) is available for an extra £2.50. You can select this upgrade during the checkout. Express delivery is not available to InPost Lockers.
You need to order before 3:00pm for same day dispatch (Monday to Friday). We don't dispatch or deliver over the weekend or on bank holidays (see dates below) *
We will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received your order, and a second once we've dispatched it, which will contain tracking details for your parcel.
Standard delivery normally takes around 3-5 working days via Royal Mail's tracked service. You'll get delivery notifications from them. We quote 3-5 days as the typical delivery time, but find that the vast majority of orders are delivered within 3 working days. However, in exceptional circumstances, it can take up to 14 working days for delivery. If you miss your Royal Mail delivery, they offer a range of re-delivery or collection options - see your Royal Mail notification email for details. Royal Mail deliveries are held for 14 days before being returned to us.
InPost Locker delivery normally takes around 3-5 working days to over 12,000 locker and store locations across mainland UK, many of which are open 24 hours a day. You'll get delivery notifications from InPost when it's ready to pick-up that contain a QR code and confirm the collection location. You'll need to collect your parcel within 72 hours of delivery or it will be returned to us.
You can select InPost as a delivery option if you use ApplePay/GooglePay/PayPal/ShopPay. You'll be asked to select your locker location at the end of the checkout process. You need to complete this within 10 minutes.
Express delivery takes 1-2 working days and is via DPD or Fedex to most UK addresses, and Royal Mail Tracked 24 to remote/non-mainland postcodes (list below). Express deliveries may require a signature on delivery. They will usually be delivered during the working day (8am until 6pm but may be later at busy times such as after Black Friday). If you're not in, we ask them to leave it with your next door neighbour if possible, but this is at the drivers discretion. If you don't want this to happen, please let us know before we ship your order. All our couriers use texts and/or emails to notify you about your delivery. If you're out, they will leave instructions via a card or email/text message to re-arrange delivery, or details on how to collect it from your local collection point. Please ensure you do this within 7 days or your parcel will be returned to us.
Need to re-arrange a delivery? All our couriers use email to send you delivery notifications. These emails also contain details on how to schedule an alternative delivery date, arrange a delivery to a collection point, or re-attempt a delivery. Please note that if you give alternative delivery instructions directly to a carrier after we've dispatched your parcel, e.g. deliver to a pick-up shop, we will not be able to see this information, and have no control over the delivery.

* You qualify for our free standard delivery offer if you spend £100. If you then return items which reduce the total spend to less than £100, we'll make a deduction of our standard delivery from your refund. This means the price you'll pay is the same as if you'd only purchased the items you're keeping.

While we do everything in our power to dispatch your order for delivery within the time frames quoted above - sometimes things happen - breakdowns, road works, bad weather, systems failures, traffic accidents etc, which mean that in exceptional circumstances, delays can occur for reasons outwith our control, and therefore delivery times cannot be guaranteed. If your express delivery arrives late because of a failure of the courier, we'll refund the additional charge you paid for that delivery service.
