How do I earn points?

Earn 1 point for every £1, €1 or $1 spent. For all other currencies, the local GBP exchange rate will apply. Points are not awarded on discount amounts.

There is no limit on the number of points you can earn. You will always have an opportunity to earn more points by shopping with us.

How do I redeem my points?

Exchanging your points for rewards is easy. Simply visit the checkout while you're signed in to see your available points, and redeem them against your purchase.

Points will expire 365 days after they are earned.

When points are redeemed, they follow the ‘first in, first out’ rule - the first points earned will also be the first to get redeemed.
