UK DELIVERY DATES

Our cut off time for UK express delivery is 1pm (UK time) on Monday 21st December 2026. The cut off time for UK standard deliveries is 1pm (UK time) on Wednesday 16th December 2026. We'll continue to ship all orders placed until we close for Christmas at 3pm (UK time) on Wednesday 24th December, but these won't arrive until after Christmas.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY DATES

We recommend you order by 1pm (UK time) on Wednesday 11th December for standard delivery to the EU, and Monday 9th December for standard delivery to the USA and countries served by our rest of world store.

For express delivery to the EU and USA (when available) we recommend you order by 1pm (UK time) on Wednesday 16th December.

We return to work on Tuesday 29th December, when we'll dispatch all orders placed over the Christmas break, before we stop shipping again at 1pm on Wednesday 30th December 2025 for the New Year break.

We return to work on Tuesday 5th January 2027, when all our delivery services will return to normal.

CHRISTMAS RETURNS

At Christmas, we extend our normal returns policy to cover items purchased as gifts from the 1st November 2026.

You're welcome to return an item after Christmas for a refund, or to exchange it for a different size/colour etc. This applies to both our UK and international customers. Just follow our normal returns procedures.

Please post your return before Friday 29th January 2027.

OPENING HOURS

We'll be closing for the Christmas break at 3pm on Thursday 24th December and re-opening on Tuesday 29th December, when we'll ship orders placed over the Christmas break.

We're closed for the New Year break from 3pm on Thursday 31st December, returning to work on Tuesday 5th January 2027. All orders placed over the New Year break will be shipped on the 5th of January 2027, when our delivery schedule returns to normal.

I'VE NOT SHOPPED WITH YOU BEFORE - TELL ME ABOUT 2TALL.COM ?

We're the UK's only store that's exclusively for tall men - we're NOT a big and tall store. 

Our customers are normal sized men who are tall - and need extra long, not extra wide clothes. We start where high street tall sizes finish - our customers start around 6'4" and everyday we help guys who are 7 foot plus. We're a tall business - owned and operated by tall men for tall men.
